Summer Job as a Receptionist at Pite Havsbad

Pite Havsbad is the largest tourist and conference facility in the Nordics. We have nearly 400 rooms, 230 cabins, and 850 caravan sites. We offer over 40 activities for young and old and over 60,000 square meters of indoor space. We provide adventures, fun, and coziness for the whole family. With our wide range of offerings, from children's entertainment to spectacular shows, there is something for everyone, regardless of age. Pite Havsbad attracts visitors year-round, regardless of the season. During peak season, we have up to 7,000 overnight guests and 10,000 day visitors every day.

As a receptionist, you are the first and last person guests meet when they visit our facilities. Your duties include checking guests in and out. You will answer many questions, both about our facilities and the surrounding area. In the reception, you are the center of operations and maintain close contact with all departments. Since the job largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak additional languages, it is an advantage.

You will have an exciting and varied summer job at the heart of our facility. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to give our guests the best vacation. You have a positive attitude towards the service industry and always try to give your guests that little extra. You need to have good communication and service skills. We prefer that you work in an organized manner, that you are flexible, and ready to handle unforeseen tasks that may arise. It is important that you take initiative and see what work needs to be done. The main focus is to give the guest the best experience and always maintain a positive attitude. If you have a twinkle in your eye and a sharp mind, this job is for you!

The hotel is open 24/7, so it is important that you enjoy working shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends). You must be over 18 years old to apply.
