HSB Norr is looking for two driven accounting consultants with an interest in the real estate industry for our Property Economics department based in Luleå.

This is a broad and developing role where you have overall responsibility for accounting and finance, both large and small, for your clients who are housing cooperatives. With the support of engaged colleagues, you will manage your own client base with the opportunity to independently drive your collaboration forward and provide our clients with long-term and secure financial management, all to contribute to and create a good living environment.

Your role as an accounting consultant at HSB Norr is advisory, where your main tasks are:

• Establishing a good relationship with your clients and colleagues
• Delivery responsibility within financial management, such as year-end accounts, budgets, and tax declarations
• Ongoing bookkeeping and other administrative tasks that may arise
• Adhering to the company's overarching values

You will also have the freedom to design delivery plans and optimize collaboration and relationships with your clients.

As a person, you are responsible and solution-oriented and enjoy working with numbers. You are used to structuring and organizing your daily life and thrive on customer contact as dialogue with our clients and other property owners occurs daily. As we are a large department with many external and internal contacts, good collaboration and communication skills are important for you to thrive with us.

We see that you who apply for this position are educated in economics from a university or vocational college. We would like you to have work experience in the profession and have previously worked with accounting. You have good knowledge of Excel and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

One of the positions is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The other position is a temporary position for about 1 year with the possibility of extension. For both positions, the start date is as soon as possible. The positions will be based in Luleå.
