Summer Job as a Receptionist at Coor

We are now looking for driven and friendly receptionists for the summer period. In the role of receptionist, you will work with receiving phone calls, receiving and sending emails. It will also involve assisting guests with their inquiries and concerns. You will be able to check out keys to guests, receive maintenance requests that need to be delegated to janitors. The work involves both independent work and teamwork.

The work will be in two different locations in Boden, the regular reception and an additional reception in Sävast.

The position is scheduled for about 80% with possibilities up to 100%.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with experience in service. You should have the guest in focus. It is also important that you are comfortable talking to people and can build good relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience working with similar tasks. A certain level of computer skills is required to work in the system.

• A driving license (B) is an advantage
• Being able to communicate in Swedish and English is a requirement
