We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who wants to be part of driving the recruitment of talented employees to Stegra's growing operations in Boden. In this role, you will have an important function where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to contract, for both national and international talents within the steel industry. Together with hiring managers and internal partners within HR and project management, you will help ensure the best possible match between candidates and roles – a crucial task in our efforts to transform the steel industry and contribute to the green transition.

Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have overall responsibility for the recruitment process and work to ensure that we find the best talents for Stegra.

Your tasks include: Responsible for advertising, selection, and interviews, as well as using assessment tools to ensure the right match of candidates and roles.

Work proactively to find talents through local and international search, and create a strong network of potential candidates.

Collaborate closely with the sourcing and search team to streamline recruitment efforts and maximize our results.

Follow up and report on recruitment status, delivery, and results to ensure we stay on track and deliver according to set goals.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal partners to optimize the recruitment process and provide support in decision-making.

You are used to working independently and have a strong ability to navigate in complex and rapidly changing environments.

With your structured work style, you ensure that all processes meet set goals and deadlines while maintaining a high standard throughout the recruitment work.

You enjoy taking responsibility and have a natural ability to identify and implement improvements in work methods and solutions. Your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and find creative solutions to problems means you are always one step ahead.

You work proactively, both individually and in collaboration with others, to deliver results of the highest quality.

Experience in recruitment and staffing is an advantage, but we are primarily looking for someone who has developed a strong ability to drive processes and create solutions regardless of industry. Our successful employees often have varied backgrounds, and we see great potential in you contributing new perspectives and methods.

Qualifications: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we operate in a global corporation.

A degree from a university or college is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and in teams, as well as to drive processes forward.

Experience working with personality tests and competency assessments is an advantage.

Experience in recruitment for heavy industry is highly advantageous.

Location and scope: The position is a consulting assignment at Randstad with placement at Stegra. The role is full-time and permanent. Employment begins with a six-month probation period. You will work together with the team on-site in Boden, but we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to partially work from home.

About Stegra: Stegra is an industrial impact company with the ambition to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in fossil-intensive industries that have difficulty transitioning. We are building our first facility for large-scale production of green hydrogen, green iron, and green steel in Boden. The company was founded in 2020 as H2 Green Steel and changed its name to Stegra in 2024. Since its inception, our purpose has expanded to be the engine in phasing out fossil fuels in emissions-intensive industries. And we see that it is those industries we will continue to tackle and reduce emissions in. We have offices in Boden and Stockholm and expect to have about 1500 employees by the end of 2025. We are building diverse teams consisting of innovative and goal-oriented individuals, and together we will drive and deliver the green transition, for the benefit of our employees, customers, investors, society, and the planet.
