Your Role 

As a SOME & Content Creator, you will be part of our communication team and work operationally to create and publish engaging content for our social media. You will create relevant material that strengthens our brand and reaches both our national and local target audiences. A particular focus will be on creating content that highlights our local operations.

The role also means that you will be part of the press duty team where you handle any crisis communication during duty hours, with support from our press team. You will be part of our external communication team and report to the head of external communication.

As a SOME & Content Creator, you will:

• Produce and edit content (text, image, video) for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create and publish engaging content to highlight local operations and stories from our various locations.
• Follow up and analyze engagement and impact on social media and adjust content accordingly.
• Help create and edit content for newsletters and other external channels.
• Work closely with our external communication team and contribute to daily operations.
• Be part of the press duty team and handle any crisis communication during duty hours.

You have a good sense for creating engaging and relevant content that appeals to different target groups, and you have a particular interest in highlighting local stories. You are creative, meticulous, and enjoy taking initiative. You thrive in an operational role where tasks vary and no workday is the same as another.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education in media and communication science, journalism, marketing, or similar.
• Is a recent graduate or has a few years of experience in operational communication work.
• Has experience creating and editing content for social media (text, image, and video).
• Is proficient in editing tools for images and videos as well as basic design principles for content creation using digital platforms and design tools.
• Has an interest in producing and highlighting local content and stories from our various operations.
• Is interested in staying updated on trends and changes in social media.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Additional Information

Extent: Full-time

Location: Kiruna or Gällivare. Luleå is an alternative location, provided you are willing to make regular business trips north.
