Job Description

Hesselberg Maskin is now looking, in collaboration with Randstad AB, for a temporary administrator for our operations in Aitik. We are looking for someone with experience in administration as well as experience from the machinery industry or similar operations within industry, mining, or workshop, as it is important that you have an understanding of the business in this stimulating role. The location is Aitik, Gällivare.

As an administrator, you will have a lot of contact with both suppliers and customers as well as internal colleagues such as service leaders, workshop managers, and site managers. The position is a temporary role over the summer as a colleague goes on parental leave, but since we are a growing organization, there are good opportunities for continuation even after the summer.

It is important that you have very good system skills as you will be working a lot in our internal systems and with the Office package. We see it as a given that you are organized and have a structured way of working. You will serve as a valuable support to the organization in areas such as: invoicing, finance, and service orders. It is important that you understand how an operational service process works, which is why we see that you have previous experience working with service, invoicing processes, and order management. To succeed in the role, we see that you are driven, self-sufficient, and communicative, and that you are willing to ask questions and stand your ground when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to site manager, workshop manager, and service leaders
• Supplier and customer invoices – support to the organization
• Follow up on the status of open service orders – support to the service organization.
• Administration of payroll documentation
• Take responsibility for your own personal development together with your immediate supervisor

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in administration
• Some form of industry experience within machinery, industry, mining, or workshop
• Experience in customer/supplier contact
• Good general IT skills and knowledge of the Office package
• Good system skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

PREFERABLE:

• Education in administration
• Experience working in Microsoft Navision and/or Maximo
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
• Experience managing vehicles administratively
• Education in finance in some form
