We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for our team in Luleå, who will play a key role in our growth journey and project management. In this role, you will work closely with our colleagues across the country with short lead times, which means you need to be self-driven, structured, and enjoy working towards tight deadlines.

We are a larger group with several companies where the employment will be with UT Transport. We will provide more detailed information about the corporate structure during the recruitment process.

Your role: In our growth journey, we are now seeking an HR Business Partner for our expanding office in Luleå, which requires even more HR support with a strong operational focus. In your role, you will play a central part in driving and supporting our development and the change journeys we are facing. You will be an important part of the HR team and work both operationally and strategically to ensure efficiency, integration, and long-term improvements. You will also be responsible for leading and executing HR processes and projects in close collaboration with the business leaders and employees. Your geographical area of responsibility will be Norrbotten, but the team works together for our operations throughout Sweden.

The HR team: In this role, you will work independently at our workplace, where you will be one of the few officials. Despite the significant personal responsibility, you will be part of a supportive HR team, with colleagues remotely in Stockholm, Jönköping, and Umeå. You will have regular check-ins and collaborate closely with these colleagues, giving you the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the team's expertise and experiences.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coach and support managers on issues such as labor law, collective agreements, work environment, union collaboration, and leadership.
  • Lead and execute HR-related integration projects and change journeys to support the company's growth.
  • Drive and implement HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and skills development.
  • Ensure that HR work complies with Swedish legislation and collective agreements.
  • Represent the employer in union negotiations and contacts with authorities.
  • Actively identify areas for development and improvement potential within HR and processes.
  • Contribute to a strong and cohesive corporate culture through collaboration and effective communication.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who possesses;

  • A degree in human resources or behavioral sciences or equivalent experience deemed relevant.
  • Previous experience in a broad HR role, preferably within medium-sized companies with collective agreements, where you have worked both operationally and strategically.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and experience in union collaboration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and the Office suite.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel for work.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have;

  • Experience from rapidly growing companies in the private sector.
  • Previously been part of integration work.
  • Knowledge of the Transport Agreement, Environmental Worker Agreement, and the Executive Agreement for Transport Companies.

Practical information:

Start: The start date for the position will be as soon as possible by agreement.
Employment type: Permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period applied.
