We are a friendly team of 13 employees who collectively take responsibility for and develop the documentation and other administration of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. The administrators in Internal Medicine assist the secretaries with tasks such as archiving, mail, mail sorting, registration, and other common administrative tasks.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma. Knowledge of English, VAS/Cosmic, and iHSAk is an advantage. Experience in other administrative work is also considered a merit.

We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for a mature person who can take responsibility for their work. You should be independent and able to drive your own tasks forward. At the same time, it is important that you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. You also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions and tasks.


What you will work with

At the secretary unit in the VO Internal Medicine/Geriatrics, we work independently in a varied environment. As an Administrator, your day will consist of helping the Medical Secretaries with various types of administrative tasks so that they can focus on their main duties.

Information about the position

We offer a full-time temporary position for six months with daytime working hours. Start as soon as possible by agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
