Lilja & Co is a cleaning and workplace service company from Norrbotten, established in 1963. Our operations are conducted with staff in the locations of Luleå, Piteå, Boden, and Kalix. Our customers consist of local, national, and international corporate clients as well as the private market. Lilja & Co is the partner for those who want a flexible supplier with extensive experience, stable deliveries, and personal commitment, what we call - Clean personally.

Our headquarters is located in Luleå, and the group currently has about 140 employees who provide daily service to our clients. Our intention is to continue developing in our markets and therefore need to strengthen the organization. Lilja & Co is also supported by our sister company, Service Companiet.

Lilja & Co is evolving and will coordinate parts of its financial functions into a new position.

For this position, we are looking for a person who wants to work in a driven organization to develop the business and our financial function. The position is based in the office in Luleå.

Your tasks may include the following.

Management of accounts payable and receivable
Payroll management and collective agreements
Invoicing and payment processing
Account reconciliations and bookkeeping
Tax and VAT payments
Ongoing bookkeeping and administration
Support the business in matters concerning profitability, purchasing, and development
Handle other financial matters and follow-ups
