About the Position

We are looking for new colleagues to our beautiful and modern office in Haparanda!

The working hours for the position are weekdays 08:00-17:00 and weekends 08:00-16:00. You will belong to a team with colleagues who work with the same tasks as you. Each team consists of an engaged Team Manager.

For all our roles, employment begins with an introduction where you will learn more about the systems and the customers you will be serving. You will also receive an introduction to the company so that you are welcomed in the best way. In some of our departments, there is the possibility of hybrid work.

The positions are expected to start in May!

Your Responsibilities

• Incoming calls where you assist customers with various inquiries
• Email and chat contact
• Administrative work

The tasks vary depending on the area of operation. In this position, you will be responsible for customer assignments with a special focus on flowers! More information will be provided upon contact with the responsible recruiter.

• High school education
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills
