Do you want to be part of a fast-growing family business, where your role is to manage and develop our stores in Kiruna? Do you have previous sales experience and an interest in technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics? Then you might be the one we are looking for as our new store manager in Kiruna!

Responsibilities As a store manager, you will ensure that the branch develops in line with our customers' wishes and expectations. You will work alongside friendly and knowledgeable colleagues and ensure that good order is maintained in the store. In the role of store manager, you will lead and distribute the daily work in the store, as well as be responsible for restocking goods, keeping order, and ensuring that the right products are available on the shelves in the warehouse and in the store. Work occurs both above and below ground as one of our stores is located in the Kiruna mine.

The position also includes operational work with personal sales over the counter, where you will humbly and professionally find the best solution for each individual customer. In addition, you will also be responsible for ordering goods, order management, and property maintenance.

Other daily tasks include incoming inquiries, handling incoming/outgoing goods, as well as assembly and production work.

Your profile You should have a strong interest in technology as well as hydraulics and pneumatics. You should have previous sales experience, a strong commitment, a sense of good service, and be solution-oriented. To succeed in the role, you should be familiar with working in Microsoft Office 365 and business systems. We would like you to have experience with tools and mechanical work and education or work experience in hydraulics or automotive technology.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Industry experience is an advantage, as well as experience working in AX.
