The Housing Coordinator is our spider in the web who coordinates available housing places/apartments within care and nursing homes as well as assistance-assessed safety apartments. Contact with Region Norrbotten in Life Care to communicate the return of users to our short-term and rehab unit.

We work in the operational system Pulsen Combine, in the role of Housing Coordinator you will vary your work in the system's different processes, i.e., as an authority and execution performer. You will have ongoing contact with several functions such as assistance caseworkers, housing managers, rehabilitation staff, relatives, etc.

You need to have a good ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward others' contributions.

You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions.

Requirements for skills and qualifications:

• Relevant higher education in the field and/or equivalent experience.
• Good experience working in various systems.
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally.
• Good experience prioritizing your daily work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
