About Us
Adult Psychiatry East serves the municipalities of Karlskrona and Ronneby with a catchment area of approximately 95,000 inhabitants.
The clinic consists of outpatient psychiatric clinics in Karlskrona and Ronneby, as well as a full-time care department located at the hospital in Karlskrona. The operations are based on an interdisciplinary foundation.
In adult psychiatry, we have doctors, occupational therapists, nurses, and caregivers. We are also connected to psychologists and medical secretaries. The outpatient clinics are an alternative to full-time care and should both prevent full-time care and provide support during discharge. Several different group activities are conducted in outpatient care, including diagnostic groups and lifestyle groups. The current social worker position is at Adult Psychiatry in Ronneby.

The Job
In the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that social and psychosocial aspects are considered and integrated. Treatment work in the form of individual conversations, family conversations, and network work related to our operations. A part of the job involves fixed tasks, for example as a rehabilitation coordinator with close collaboration between the Social Insurance Agency, the Employment Agency, employers, and the municipality.
You have an interest in developing Adult Psychiatry in Ronneby, providing good care, and ensuring high accessibility and a good reception for patients and relatives.
About You
We see that you are an experienced, attentive, and curious employee who can work independently, has good collaboration skills, and is interested in developing in your professional role as a social worker.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in social work
- Good knowledge of various legal frameworks.
- The willingness to work on developing the work within psychiatric care.
- Good collaboration skills and can create good relationships both within and outside the organization.
- A driver's license is a requirement.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Other
Applicants who are considered for employment must present an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record before employment.
