Apelgården's Hvb in Blekinge AB offers care and treatment for young people. The company has its headquarters in Nättraby. We are now looking for staff for part-time employment for our HVB. You should have an education as a social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, KY-psychiatry, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in treatment work is an advantage. The job places high demands on good communication, a pedagogical approach, and structure. You should be able to observe, describe, and interpret the needs of the residents. Your tasks include legally required documentation of the work. We expect you to meet our residents with safety, care, and respect. You find it easy to meet other people and create relationships while having the ability to handle stressful situations and the courage to set boundaries while being clear and consistent. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in milieu therapy, Repulse, MI, and/or CBT.

As an employee with us, you will be responsible for the residents' treatment, care, and leisure. The residents' treatment is planned individually in the implementation plan in accordance with BBIC. You will be a contact person for one or more residents where you are responsible for treatment work, follow-up, evaluation, and documentation. You will be available for the residents' need for conversations and work to create motivation for change and assist the resident in developing their ability to manage their feelings and difficulties. The purpose of the interventions is to compensate for the resident's difficulties and to develop their skills.
