The Rehabilitation Unit Linden is located in a quiet green area in Asarum, with a lovely outdoor terrace and proximity to walking paths.

Here you will work alongside colleagues in the conversation team, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals working at the health center. We are a cheerful group of mixed ages.

Primary care includes Region Blekinge's health centers, youth clinics, and wound centers. Residents of Blekinge who fall ill turn directly to the health centers and gain access to healthcare that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all cities in the county and in several smaller locations. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care where teamwork and patient needs are at the center.

About the Job

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team at the Rehabilitation Unit Linden. The unit consists of conversation therapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, which means opportunities to work in a team with specific expertise regarding patients with complex care needs. Our catchment area includes patients belonging to the Samaritan health center. You have the option to meet your patients physically or digitally based on their needs.

At the Rehabilitation Unit Linden, we strive to maintain high availability and good quality of care. Our goal is short-term treatment over a limited period. Reasons for conversation contact within primary care may include:

• Depression or low mood
• Crises
• Stress, burnout reactions
• Anxiety or worry
• Grief
• Psychosocial problems
• Sleep problems

Group treatments may occur as the sole therapist. Continuous CBT-focused supervision every 14 days by an external supervisor.

You will be employed at the Rehabilitation Unit Linden, but placement at another location may occur.

About You

We wish that you have a higher education that is considered relevant to the tasks. CBT competence level 1 or another evidence-based therapeutic method with level 1 is meritorious.

You should be experienced in conversation therapeutic treatments and making your own assessments. We prefer that you have broad professional experience, preferably with experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care and the ability to work flexibly. The job requires that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. Previous work with similar issues is meritorious. If you have a professional license, it is preferred. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a crisis placement. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
