Your new job
As a case officer within Support for Functioning, you will be part of the area for administrative work.

Your tasks will include investigating, assessing, and making decisions based on current legislation, as well as following up on those decisions. The job involves contact with both citizens and relatives, providers of the decided services, other authorities, and healthcare providers. In your communication, you will provide accurate and clear information about services and assistance. This also includes documentation in the operational system Combine.
In our unit, we are divided into three target groups: physical disabilities, mental/neuropsychiatric disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. The temporary positions are aimed at the mental/neuropsychiatric disability group but may change over time based on the needs of the operation.
Your qualifications

It is highly meritorious if you have worked as a case officer within LSS/SoL with the target group or similar work. Likewise, if you have previously worked within support for functioning. Furthermore, your knowledge of Swedish is very good, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.
Experience with IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) as well as with the operational systems Combine and Cosmic is desirable.
As an employee, you are expected to be self-sufficient and take responsibility, structuring and driving your work processes. You are solution-oriented, enjoy working with complex issues, and can quickly adapt to varying tasks. You analyze cases carefully to contribute to a development-oriented and qualitative operation.
Good ability to collaborate and share knowledge and experiences is important. Your communication is characterized by attentiveness and clarity, adapted to different recipients. You value creating and maintaining good relationships with others, where you are trustworthy and confident in yourself.
We place great importance on personal maturity and suitability for the position!
