Your New Job

As a childcare worker with us, you will play a central role in each child's development and learning. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the children have the best conditions to grow and learn in accordance with the curriculum's goals. The children are our primary focus, and in this position, which is a temporary role in a department for younger children (1-3 years), you will contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment where each child can flourish.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker, either through a high school diploma from the Child and Leisure Program with a focus on pedagogical work or through a vocational degree as a childcare worker. Experience working in preschool is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We value humor, playfulness, and a curiosity to explore the world together with our youngest.

We place great importance on personal suitability.
