Our client is a 20-year-old man with autism who needs support and guidance in his daily life.

He has difficulties with verbal communication and interaction with others. He needs help with all daily situations such as eating, cleaning, maintaining hygiene, and activities.

He lives at home with his family, including his mother, father, and sister.

He is a boy with a lot of energy who enjoys moving around, going for walks, swimming, ice skating, having coffee, playing ball, dancing, and using his iPad.

He spends a lot of his time outside the home on various activities.

As an assistant, you need to have constant supervision and stay one step ahead.

He attends school and leisure activities during the day, so the working hours are in the afternoons and evenings. On days off and evenings, there are also day shifts.

After the summer, he will start a daily activity program.
