JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be a key person in the work with youth? As a coordinator for SSPF (school, social services, police, leisure) and SST (school social teams), you will play a central role in coordinating and developing collaboration between schools, social services, police, and leisure activities to strengthen youth safety, school attendance, and future opportunities.

SSPF is a structured collaboration model where social services, police, schools, and leisure work together to prevent youth from falling into crime or addiction. SST is a collaboration between schools and social services that focuses on supporting students with high absenteeism and creating conditions for a safe and stable school experience. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts, ensuring that measures are implemented, and following up on the work with the youth and guardians.

In your role, you will lead network meetings, compile action plans, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You play an important role in creating a holistic view and contributing to ensuring that interventions are tailored to the needs of the child/youth. In addition to operational work, you will also drive development at a more strategic level and coordinate work in both work and steering groups.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, engaged, and has a good ability to build relationships and collaborate with various professional groups. You communicate clearly, are experienced in leading meetings, and have a good structure in your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another relevant higher education at least at the basic level.
You have at least three years of experience in social work.
Driver's license B.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
