Personal Assistant for an Active 15-Year-Old

Our client is a cheerful and active 15-year-old boy living with his family in Lekeryd. His daily life is filled with activities, school, and sports. We are now looking for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to contribute to a rewarding and meaningful everyday life for our client.

About the Position

Our client is an active and happy boy who lives his life filled with activities just like any other teenager. Football in all its forms is a big interest, and joining him at football practices will be part of your daily routine as an assistant here. He also enjoys playing video games, and it would be fun if you could share these interests together. Otherwise, it is the daily routine that sets the plan for what you will do together with the client - hanging out with friends, playing football, going to the swimming pool, working out at the gym, or accompanying him as support in other activities.

As a personal assistant, your workplace will be wherever he is. Tasks may include assisting during meal times, supporting with homework, helping with leisure activities, and other social interactions. The client does not have any cognitive disabilities; as a personal assistant, you are his helping hand and support in communication with others.

Who Are We Looking For

To ensure a good fit, we believe that you, as an applicant, are someone who enjoys working with people and going the extra mile. We appreciate qualities such as initiative and personal maturity, the ability to work independently, and being detail-oriented. We also prefer candidates who are technically savvy. Previous work experience is desirable, especially in roles involving people. A driver's license and access to a car are preferred but not required. Being smoke-free is a requirement.

• Position at approximately 55% (with the possibility to extend)
• Hourly substitutes as needed
• Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening (with the possibility of weekend work)
• Start date is immediate or as agreed
• You will receive training and have the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant
