JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference for children and young people and their families? We are looking for someone who wants to combine the preventive work of a field secretary with the therapeutic work of a family therapist - in one and the same position.

We offer you a meaningful and varied job where you will meet children and young people aged 0-20 years and their families - a mission that includes both needs-assessed and non-needs-assessed interventions.

In your role as a field secretary, you primarily work with early interventions. You work with young people aged 12-20 years, on both structural and group and individual levels - in school fields and weekend fields. You work proactively in public youth environments, at various times of the day, to create and build good relationships with young people.

As a family therapist with us, you work with both needs-assessed interventions and non-needs-assessed interventions, where you support and strengthen families in their daily lives. This can involve conversation support, parental support, or leading groups. The work takes place in families' home environments as well as in our centrally located facilities. With family therapy, you work during the day, but some work in the morning and evening may occur.

We are looking for someone who is creative and solution-focused - here you have great responsibility and freedom to adapt methods based on the family's needs.

You are responsible for planning and executing the work - always with an engaged team behind you and close supervision from the group leader. We work closely together within the unit and in collaboration with other units of social services, schools, healthcare, and other authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has another education that we assess as equivalent.
• Experience in family therapy and working with youth, as well as training in Cope and RePulse, is an advantage.
• You have a B driver's license.
• We emphasize personal qualities.
