Personal Assistant Wanted in Jönköping

I am a woman living in Jönköping.

I am looking for a dedicated and empathetic personal assistant who wants to be an important part of my daily life. The position involves varied working hours including days, evenings, weekends, and nights (7.25 hours of sleeping duty) with a workload of 50%. We are also looking for summer staff for approximately 50%.

About the Position

As my assistant, you will be a valuable support in my daily life. Your tasks will include both practical assistance at home, personal care, and help with activities that are important to me, such as water aerobics. I also have two small dogs, so it is important that you are dog-friendly and enjoy their company. I have a summer cottage where I stay from May to September, so it is a plus if you are interested in plants and gardening.

What We Are Looking For

• A woman with experience and maturity, who has a warm heart and a good understanding of working with people.
• You are a responsive, empathetic, and responsible person who can adapt to my needs and instructions.
• You have a driver's license and access to a car, as the position involves driving my adapted vehicle and traveling to my summer cottage, which cannot be accessed by public transport.
• You enjoy being active and participating in activities such as water aerobics and other training.
• Non-smoker is a requirement as I cannot tolerate smoke.
• You speak and understand Swedish well, as I have a hearing impairment and communication is important.

Scope of the Position

This position starts as a part-time employment, and if we get along well, there is a possibility to transition to a fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts at 50%. For summer positions, we are looking for someone who is available during the summer months and can work approximately 50%. Start date according to agreement, introduction will take place on-site.
