Personal Assistant Wanted in Taberg

Are you attentive, flexible, and interested in working with young people? Then this might be the job for you! We are now looking for a personal assistant to work with our client in Taberg, a 20-year-old boy who enjoys engaging in various activities.

What the Job Entails

The boy lives with his family in Taberg, and your workplace will be wherever he is, which can be at home, in daily activities, short-term care, and other activities outside the home such as swimming. The job includes participating in all aspects of daily life such as personal care, meals, exercise, medication management, tube feeding, and leisure activities. The work involves lifting; assistive devices are available, but it is an advantage if you are physically fit. Your role will also be to stimulate and motivate development through humor, play, and activities.

Requirements

You are secure and stable in yourself. To thrive in the role, we see that you are a positive team player who enjoys collaborating but can also take responsibility. It is important that you are flexible and understand that the work is based on the client's specific needs. You have experience in personal assistance or similar caregiving work. It is also an advantage if you have studied healthcare or previously worked with children or young people. In your work, you will come into contact with animals; there is a cat in the home, and contact with horses may also occur, so you must not be allergic. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. It is a requirement that you, as an assistant, have a driver's license since you will sometimes drive the client's car during work.
