We are looking for an additional summer substitute at Sjöhultsvägens daily activities in Taberg for the summer of 2025.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various support and care needs. It involves supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Sjöhultsvägens daily activities

Sjöhultsvägens daily activities are located in Taberg and cater to adults with autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injuries, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Our goal is to arrange tasks and activities that are meaningful and stimulating for the participant. The daily activities should also contribute to giving the participant a sense of belonging. We base our work on what the participant is interested in doing and their personal capabilities to perform various tasks and participate in activities.

We work individually tailored according to Nytida's framework for pedagogy (read more here >> (https://nytida.se/sa-jobbar-vi/nytidas-pedagogiska-ramverk/)) which is based on low-arousal responses, clear pedagogical approaches, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. During the summer, it is desirable if you can work the entire summer period (weeks 26-33).

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

We want you to be educated in the field and/or have worked for a few years in care, or alternatively studying something in this area. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement.

A driver's license is a requirement.
