About the Position

Our client is a young girl with active days. She lives with her family in Jönköping. During weekdays, she attends a daily activity program. In her free time, she swims, bowls, or engages in other fun activities with the help of her assistants. We are now looking for new employees for our assistant team.

As a personal assistant, you provide support and are available both at home and during daily activities. Your tasks include personal care, assisting with activities, stimulating, motivating, and contributing to making each day the best for our client. Communication is done through signs and pictures, so it is important that you are attentive, calm, and good at reading needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

To ensure a good fit, you need to be a trustworthy, mature woman with a childlike spirit and a good sense of humor. You are structured, have good judgment, and are driven by the desire to go the extra mile for someone else. We prefer that you have experience in educational activities or work within disability care. It is an advantage if you have worked with or have an interest in health and fitness. You will be working in a family environment, so it is essential that you have integrity, are good at collaboration, and can communicate effectively. The role involves activities such as swimming and sometimes interacting with animals, which means that you cannot be allergic to pets or fur. The family goes on short and sometimes longer vacation trips, and assistants will accompany them, which may also apply to you. You will work according to a rotating schedule, and since you will be part of a close-knit team, it is important to be flexible with working hours in case of colleagues' absence.
