Höglandsförbundet is a municipal federation formed by Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, Sävsjö, and Vetlanda. These five municipalities, located in the Småland highlands, value cooperation and know that we are stronger together. By combining our strengths and resources, we can increase competence, better utilize resources, improve quality, and provide better service to residents. Today, we have a range of different operations working for the benefit of the entire Högland.

Your new job

As an employee at Systemförvaltning Combine, you will be responsible for the management, support, and development of Combine for our member municipalities, together with 7 colleagues.

We work together in two teams with different focuses, where you have the opportunity to specialize in a process. In the position currently available, you will be part of the team primarily working with operations that exercise authority in individual and family care. In your role, you will initiate, plan, implement, and follow up on activities to develop and improve functions in Combine. You will also work on training users in the municipality, networking, and monitoring the external environment.

About you

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and professional in their work. You should also have a strong interest in working with people, systems, and IT, as well as the ability to see the whole picture in these three areas.

We require a higher education degree, primarily in social work. Previous experience working with case management within Combine is an advantage. Experience in case management within the area supported by the system is also a plus.

You are accustomed to collaborating both internally and externally and enjoy working in a team. You thrive in an environment where you can work on improvements and drive development, and you have a good ability to analyze, document, and communicate. You should have the ability to independently see and drive your work forward. You enjoy working with others and are motivated by collaborating with your colleagues to solve problems.

You are proficient in the Office suite and communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license is a requirement.

About us

Systemförvaltning Combine is an operation within Höglandsförbundet that, together with Ekonomiservice, forms Högland's operational support. Systemförvaltning Combine plays an important role in coordinating, managing, providing support, and developing Combine for our five member municipalities.

Good to know

The position is located in Nässjö. Travel across Höglandet may occur. After the introductory period, there is an opportunity for part-time remote work.

Start date is according to agreement.
