Part-time assistant needed for an active and wonderful 30-year-old woman in Jönköping!

Do you want a meaningful part-time job where you can make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated part-time assistant who can provide support and create security in the daily life of a young woman in need of special assistance.

About the position

Our client enjoys crafting, using her iPad, playing with her doll, going for walks, and participating in various activities. On weekdays, she attends a daily activity program. To live independently on her own terms, she needs support from personal assistants who can help with:

• Planning and structure in daily life
• Communication and motivation for activities
• Support at home and in daily living

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a reliable and flexible person with a good ability to adapt to different situations. You are calm, stable, and solution-focused, while also having a sense of humor and a playful side, but can switch when the situation requires it. Experience in working with low-arousal methods and motivational support is important, as well as familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum and challenging behaviors. For employment, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be smoke-free.

Additional information

Working hours: Shift work as follows: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 15:00–08:15. Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 09:00–09:00 and Sunday: 08:00–08:15.
