We are now looking for substitutes at Berglunda HVB, both to cover current needs and for the summer. Berglunda is a residential care home in Eksjö that receives adults aged 20 and above with various mental disabilities and, to some extent, with harmful use and dependency. At Berglunda HVB, we strive to provide good and safe care, a positive approach, a meaningful and predictable everyday life, and to maintain high quality in the services we offer to our residents.

About Berglunda HVB At Berglunda and Kompassen, there are about 35 employees (all forms of employment) with long experience and knowledge to work with the target group. We have a good community between workgroups and collaborate between our three different departments. Our target group is interesting and educational to work with, and we learn new things every day in our interactions with our residents. You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires great knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or in training to become a treatment pedagogue, preferably with experience in psychiatry and to some extent addiction. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
