JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in disability care services means that you will be working with people who have been granted assistance under the Act on Support and Service. Here you will meet individuals with physical, mental, or intellectual disabilities. With us, you will help provide care, motivation, and support to enable the individuals you meet to continue developing their abilities and independence. You will be an important part of the whole, where you and approximately 300 other employees work with personal care services, ranging from shopping, laundry, and cleaning to supporting and caring.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education. It is an advantage if you have studied health and care or child and leisure.

You need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as the job involves daily contact with users and colleagues, as well as documentation and reading information related to the work.

To thrive with us, you should have the ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and collaboratively with your colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are empathetic, flexible, independent, and responsible. You have a good demeanor, and your ability to collaborate is strong. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We view it positively if you can work at least six consecutive weeks for good summer planning.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.
