Support Assistant for Kråkan's Short-Term Care and Leisure for Children and Youth
Habo Municipality is located in the southern Vätterbygden, one of the country's leading growth regions.

Kråkan's short-term care and leisure for children and youth is aimed at children and young people with various disabilities who have been granted short-term stay/short-term supervision according to LSS. The operation is growing, and we are now looking to recruit a new employee!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a support assistant, you provide support to citizens within LSS with special needs.
The need for awake night staff means we are looking for you to join our short-term accommodation for children and youth. The job responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, training, and medical care. You have a pedagogical approach and work with values and quality that promote children's participation, self-determination, and integrity. The job also includes creating a safe and secure environment, engaging during leisure time, providing adult support, and establishing good communication with guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS
Certified nursing assistant, child and leisure education, or equivalent education deemed comparable by the employer is a formal qualification. We are looking for someone with a pedagogical approach, values, and quality that promote our users.
If you have experience in autism and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities, have worked with conversation support within AAC, or with clear structures, it is an advantage. Valuable qualities include responsiveness, good interpersonal skills, alliance-building, and initiative.
When filling the position, great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment period.
