The Individual & Family Services in Värnamo Municipality is part of the Citizen Administration, where we work within various types of authority, open care, HVB, as well as labor market, integration, and leisure.

In the economic section, there are 10 social workers, 1 budget and debt advisor, 1 team leader, and 1 section manager. The section includes work with financial assistance, domestic violence, and budget and debt counseling. We are looking for someone interested in working with financial assistance.

Job Responsibilities

The work with financial assistance involves actively working to ensure that those seeking financial assistance achieve self-sufficiency. The job also includes qualified investigative work characterized by good communication, well-founded decisions, and high legal security, as well as conducting active follow-up work on cases. The work also includes providing advice and support to residents and maintaining close cooperation with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Experience in the field is an advantage.

A driver's license is required.
