Do you want to work in a role where you truly make a difference? As an HR Administrator with us, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and professional HR delivery. You help create order and clarity in HR processes and ensure that our managers and employees receive prompt and effective service. We are an evolving organization, and here you will have the opportunity to influence how we work with HR administration moving forward. The HR department is an important support function, providing qualified HR support to Skåne University Hospital (Sus) across 20 operational areas in Lund and Malmö. We welcome two new dedicated team members to join us in Malmö or Lund!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Administrator, you will work broadly with administration related to employment, contracts, systems, and support for managers. You will be an important part of our HR team, handling both recurring HR processes and new initiatives.
Your work will include:
- Employment administration: drafting contracts, managing changes and terminations.
- Support for managers: answering questions about contracts, working hours, guidelines.
- Coordination of HR processes: promoting uniform and quality-assured working methods.
- System management: ensuring that HR systems are updated and functioning smoothly.
- Document management: ensuring that guidelines and templates are up to date.

How to Succeed in the Role:
In the short term, you will succeed by familiarizing yourself with our systems and processes, keeping track of details, and delivering service on time. You are quick to understand needs and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
In the long term, you will build strong relationships with both the HR team and managers in the organization. You will become a trusted expert in HR administration and help us develop our processes so that we work smarter and more efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying have a post-secondary education in, for example, HR, economics, or administration from Sweden or abroad, or similar experience that we as an employer assess as equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as in English. We see it as a great asset if you have previously worked with HR and employment administration. If you have experience with any HR or payroll system, that is a plus. Additionally, it is important that you feel comfortable with digital working methods.
