Our client is a man in his 50s living in central Linköping. He has a great interest in art and music, as he has previously played in a band. Culture is an important part of his life, and we hope that you who are applying have similar interests. However, this is not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have an understanding and respect for his passions.

About you: We are looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and has a good ability to create a safe and respectful relationship with our client. Experience in care work is an advantage, as the client has extensive care needs. You should be flexible and able to work both day and evening shifts, and we would appreciate if you could step in as needed for extra shifts.

Requirements:

• Swedish language is a requirement as our client understands best in Swedish.
  
  
• Experience in care work is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
  
• Attentiveness and engagement in the work.
  
  

Shifts:

• Morning shift: 07:30-12, alternatively 07:30-16
  
  
• Evening shift: 12:00-22:30 or 16:00-22:30
  
  
• Mid shift: 11:00-17:00
  
  
• Double assistance occurs during day shifts
  
  

Employment rate: Part-time with the possibility of a fixed schedule.
