About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sturefors, 20 minutes from central Linköping. You will be offered to work as a substitute as needed, with the possibility of a permanent position of 50-70% in the long run.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

On weekdays:

• 07:00 - 16:30
• 16:30 - 22:30

On weekends:

• 07:00 - 13:30

Primarily, we are looking for someone who can work the day shifts on weekdays. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a 39-year-old man living in a house with his wife and two small children. He has a great interest in sports and other social activities. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to an acquired spinal cord injury.

The client's daily life includes the following:

• The assistant accompanies the client at work and assists as needed
• Picking up the children from school
• Transfers, assistance, personal care, and household chores
• Activities and socializing with the family

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No smoking during working hours
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish

Merits:

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from the workplace
• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience with children

Employment rate: Substitute as needed, with the possibility of a permanent position

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
