About the role

In the role of advisor, you will come into contact with a diverse range of people with individual needs, personal wishes, and different backgrounds. It is a position of trust where knowledge, attentiveness, and commitment are important. We perform our work with great humility to deliver honest and outstanding service to all our customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a big heart, who is attentive and can meet others in a caring and respectful manner so that they feel comfortable and taken care of. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and open to change with an administrative flair. Your personality is characterized by teamwork, a sense of service, and integrity, and you are a reliable and communicative person.

To succeed in the role of advisor, we prefer that you have experience working with people and are a relationship builder. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably also in English and/or other languages. Our advisors come from diverse backgrounds and different industries across Sweden. A B driver's license, preferably access to a car, and very good computer skills are required.

About the offer

If you are accepted in the selection process, you will be offered the opportunity for training at cost price. This applies if you lack previous training and experience in funerals and law through our highly appreciated digital platform. If you are then approved in both the theoretical and practical parts of the training, you will gain access to:

At Fenix Family, you work as an independent advisor, which means you invoice for the assignments you handle. Invoicing is done through your own company or a self-employment company that assists individuals with invoicing.
