We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for an 8-year-old boy living with his family in Väderstad. The boy lives with his mother, father, and younger brother and needs assistance with various activities and daily routines.

We seek assistants who can provide all necessary help. This may include personal care, mobility assistance, and accompanying him to various activities. The assistant should be aware of and able to perform tasks such as using a cough machine, suctioning, and inhalations.

Who we are looking for

• Personal qualities:
• Being attentive and empathetic is crucial to meet the client's needs.
• Patience and understanding when working with a young individual.
• Experience and education:
• Experience in personal assistance is desirable.
• Education in the field is a merit but not a requirement.
• A driving license and access to a car are REQUIRED.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing.
• The assistant should be comfortable with bathing and physically strong enough to perform manual lifts.

Working hours and flexibility:

• We are looking for substitutes for both day and evening shifts, as well as awake night shifts.
