We are looking for

5 dedicated hourly employees to work in three of our units during the summer period. These three units are the mobile team, Gränden housing, and the Trozelli addiction center.

Mobile Team

The mobile team is part of the Social Emergency Service and provides support and supervision at night in the Social Office's own accommodations, which include adults with dependency syndromes, women who have experienced violence, youth, and families. The work is based on specific assignments for individuals who need support and supervision.

Gränden Housing

Gränden housing is a residence for men with substance abuse and dependency issues. The focus of the accommodation is to provide support, with the goal of achieving a stabilized living situation and improved physical and mental health.

Trozelli Addiction Center

The Trozelli Addiction Center is a drug-free collective housing. Here, individuals who are stable in their sobriety/drug-free status live. We support our residents in their daily lives and work with implementation plans. The goal is for the individual to become more independent and maintain their sobriety/drug-free status.

Your Responsibilities

You will work within our three units, primarily focusing on supervision in accommodations and support for individuals with related or ongoing substance abuse issues in their daily lives.

In your role, you will offer supportive and motivational conversations tailored to the individual's needs. You will also provide practical support, for example, in the living environment and during interactions with authorities.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, where you support each other to ensure a safe and quality intervention. You will always work together with others and are never alone in the units.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained social pedagogue or has another equivalent education, or is studying a university program in the behavioral sciences.

We view experience in substance abuse and psychiatry positively.

As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You see what needs to be done and take the initiative in your work.

You find it easy to build relationships and have a genuine interest in people. You are communicative and have the ability to adapt to those you meet.

Since we work with people, no day is the same; therefore, we believe you are flexible and can adjust to changing circumstances.

Furthermore, you are calm and secure in yourself, which is evident in your interactions. As the work may involve meetings with individuals in difficult situations, we see that you can handle conflicts that arise and have the ability to adapt based on the individual's needs.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.
