Personal Assistant Wanted at Inspirera Assistans AB

Inspirera Assistans AB in Linköping is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Inspirera team who can substitute when regular assistants are absent for our female client in her 70s living in Åtvidaberg.

You will work as a substitute, starting with an introduction immediately. The client has a brain injury and you will need to assist her with everything in her daily life such as transfers, hygiene, and cooking. Everything regarding the client will be learned during the introduction.

Profile of the applicant:

• You must be 25 years or older
• Preferably female
• We are looking for a calm, caring, and meticulous person.
• You have experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Must have Mobile BankID to approve your time report
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be able to represent the client in all healthcare contacts and document in writing in Swedish.

Job responsibilities include:

• The client needs assistance with all transfers using a walker, care belt, and work chair.
• Support with all daily living activities.
• Assistance in planning her day (doctor's appointments, etc.)
• The client uses a wheelchair for outdoor walks.

Working hours:

Irregular working hours. Night shifts have a 3-hour waiting period.

Other:

• You need to have Bank ID/Mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so please apply in good time.

Salary and contract:

At Inspirera Assistans, you as an assistant receive a fixed hourly wage + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
