We are recruiting new substitutes for the preschool substitute pool for the spring term of 2025.

Assignment

As a substitute in our preschools, you work based on your available time and can be booked at short notice. You decide when you want to work in the app MinTid and receive SMS when you are booked by our substitute procurement staff.

We are looking for short-term substitutes who can work full days, a couple of days a week, and we are also looking for substitutes for longer assignments during the spring.

The assignment as a substitute is an opportunity for you who want to learn more about preschool, pedagogy, and how we work in Svedala municipality's preschools.

Conditions of the Substitute Pool

• You make yourself available in the app MinTid and are booked via SMS.
• You control when you want to work based on your available time.
• Booking can come at short notice.
• We are looking for substitutes for: Svedala town and Klågerup/Bara.

Competence

As a person, you thrive in a varied environment and are responsible. You have a positive attitude, can take initiative, and find it easy to collaborate.

It is an advantage if you have a pedagogical education, but it is not a requirement.

Furthermore, you should be a good role model and open and curious in meeting new people. You have a good approach and the ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and your colleagues.

The assignment requires you to take your own initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. It is important that you take great personal responsibility to know what is expected of you in our preschools.
