A woman with Rett Syndrome, living in Kristianstad, is looking for a personal assistant.

Your duties will include practical tasks at home and providing support during various activities such as library visits, dancing, swimming, music, and walks in nature. The woman has her own car, so a driver's license is required. The work is conducted with visually clear pedagogical methods and everyone participates in the same way. Communication is facilitated through pictures, signs as support, and a communication device. Great emphasis is placed on structure and continuity. Experience with this approach is a merit.

You must be smoke-free during working hours.

We are currently looking for a substitute who can step in during various types of absences such as illness or vacation. In the future, the schedule will be reorganized, and a position will be available.

Training and supervision will occur outside of scheduled working hours. The schedule includes both full-day shifts and shorter shifts, scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends. We prefer female applicants.
