Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 54-year-old man living in Lund

• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• is physically fit and can perform transfers

• has experience working with slings and lift aids

• can work during the period 2025 06 23 - 2025 08 17

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• are patient and positive

Our client prefers female applicants, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The position is a summer temporary job at approximately 60%, and there may be opportunities for more hours. The job involves working during daytime and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.

Working hours are from 08:00-16:00, 09:00-15:00, 15:00-22:30, and 16:00-22:30.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as an employer are required to request a criminal record extract from all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years old. Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police's criminal record before a possible employment. Further information will be provided if you proceed in the recruitment process.
