We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a woman with physical and mental disabilities. The woman is in her 40s and lives alone in an apartment in Kävlinge municipality. You should have experience working with lifts as it is used for all transfers.

The job involves varied tasks such as providing educational support in daily life, personal care, social activities, and common household tasks like laundry and cooking.

Your responsibilities also include documentation in our operational system. You will collaborate with the client's network, other assistants, relatives, and other partners.

You are calm but can also support, encourage, and motivate. You have the ability to show empathy and are interested in helping the client achieve the best possible life based on their wishes.

You will work in the client's home, at the client's workplace, or at other locations where the client is present, and it is important that you can adapt.

We hope you are engaged, stable, flexible, and creative.

Working hours are scheduled for both day and night (with on-call duty) as well as every other weekend, following a rolling 4-week schedule. We would like you to start as soon as possible.

If there is a dog in the household, you should not have any allergies. The client prefers female applicants and you should speak fluent Swedish.
