Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

Our customer is a girl who has a great interest in swimming, riding, listening to music, walking, engaging in various activities, and meeting friends.

We are now looking for someone who matches the following:

• wants to work with a 25-year-old girl residing in Helsingborg
• has a B driver's license as you will be driving the customer's car
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• can accompany to the stable and riding camp as the customer loves to ride
• is physically fit
• is tolerant of pets
• is smoke-free
• is calm, secure, and patient

It is also a merit if you:

• have experience in similar work
• share the customer's interests in activities

The customer prefers female applicants, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 50%. The job involves working during daytime and evening on weekdays and weekends. Varying working hours.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
