We are now looking for a family therapist to join our team that works with enhanced family treatment (FFB). The team consists of two people and works intensively with a smaller number of cases. Your colleague has extensive experience.

The workgroup also consists of five family therapists, one of whom is placed at the Family Center, a school social worker, and two social workers focused on preventive and early interventions. The coordinator and unit manager are shared with the Adult Unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

FFB works with families with complex problems with the aim of preventing or shortening placements of children and young people. The goal is for children and young people to have their needs met by their parents and to be able to grow up at home.

FFB works with a few families where there is intensive contact, including in the families' homes. There is often a need for interventions from several different actors, so collaboration is an important task.

Through interaction, communication, support, and guidance, we want the families we meet to have increased opportunities for improved family relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for the position, you need to have:

• a degree in social work or a higher education that the employer finds equivalent.
• Experience working with change processes within social services aimed at the area of children, youth, and families.
• Previous experience working with domestic violence, substance abuse, interaction and attachment, as well as individuals with reduced cognitive abilities is meritorious.
• the willingness and competence to work with both practical pedagogical work in families and to work with conversations as a tool.
• The ability to be flexible; we need to offer high availability. Some evening/morning shifts may occur as needed.

You find it easy to create social contacts and are used to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Collaborating with others is a given for you. You see opportunities for change in individuals and families and are also open to renewing your working methods when needed.

A driver's license is required, and access to a company car is available.
