Sandhem Group AB offers exit services for individuals wishing to leave criminality, as well as protected housing for individuals exposed to violence in close relationships (VNR), individuals exposed to honor-related violence and oppression (HRVF), and individuals exposed to other forms of threats and/or violence.

We are looking for

Sandhem Group is developing and expanding, and we are now looking for more therapists to join our treatment team with expertise in the program Criminality as a Lifestyle.

We are looking for someone who is at least a social pedagogue and has experience working with the target group. It is important that you possess qualities that enable you to be a good role model for our clients. You should also have personal traits that allow you to handle the emotional expressions that arise within the target group. To effectively respond to clients' behavior, it is also crucial that you can manage a low-arousal approach without any issues.

We are looking for someone who resides in Småland.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities include conducting therapeutic conversations with clients within the framework of the program Criminality as a Lifestyle.

It is advantageous if you have education, knowledge, and/or experience in other criminality programs or in addiction treatment. Further training in psychotherapy is also a merit.

The position is a needs-based employment with the possibility of a permanent contract.
