JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work with qualified treatment for individuals with dependency issues. This often includes psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities, as well as treatment work related to violence in close relationships. We work based on evidence-based methods and are open to exploring new pathways to meet the new demands of the changing social services legislation. Therefore, outreach, preventive work, and the implementation of non-assistance measures are significant and important parts of the role. In this assignment, you will also work with individuals to find effective home-based solutions where conversations and work in the home are essential parts of the treatment process. You will adopt a holistic approach, often needing to collaborate with other resources and networks that may exist in the individual's local environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have other education deemed suitable by the employer. It is also desirable to have training in some of the following advanced training/methods: Relapse Prevention, MET, Step 1 CBT, CRA, and discussions about violence. We would prefer if you have several years of experience working with violence in close relationships.

You have a systemic and salutogenic approach and a good ability to create sustainable relationships. You are flexible and can adapt and think creatively if the assignment requires it. You can work independently and are prepared to take significant responsibility for your assignment. You, who are applying for the position, should be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and have good computer skills, as the work involves social documentation. It is advantageous if you currently work in Journal digital and are familiar with various assessment forms.
