About the position: We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work nights approximately 2-3 nights a week from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM (3 hours and 40 minutes of waiting time).

Our client is in their 30s and has multiple disabilities, requiring assistance with all aspects of daily living. There is also the opportunity to work more during the absence of regular assistants due to illness or vacation.

The client is sensitive to infections and has lung issues. Breathing aids, a lift, and a wheelchair are used.

The client lives with their parents on a farm 5 km outside of Perstorp. There are no public transport connections, so you need to have a driver's license and access to a car.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and tube feeding
  • Lifting may occur during transfers (adapted housing and aids are available)

In addition to night shifts, there are varying shifts scheduled during the day and evening as follows:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM (on-call for about 3 hours and 40 minutes per night, the remainder is awake night)

  • Manual driver's license
  • Not allergic to pets
  • Professional experience in care and support or professional experience as a personal assistant
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment rate: 1 part-time position approximately 50-75%

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
