Granvik Preschool has been operating since 2009 as a staff cooperative and is located in Höllviken. We are a well-organized preschool with dedicated and competent staff and a high proportion of preschool teachers. The preschool consists of five departments spread over two buildings with mixed-age groups of 1–5 years. The preschool is situated in a nearly car-free environment close to forests and meadows. Outdoor activities and movement are priorities for us, and we conduct outdoor education every day of the year. The guiding principles for our teaching are “I want – I can – I dare,” based on safety, joy, community, and trust in one's own abilities. We divide the school year into subject areas based on an annual wheel, where our four main areas are social interaction, language, mathematics, and natural science & technology. About the employment/your tasks

We are looking for you who are a childcare worker with documented experience and good references. The position is a substitute from August 2025 until June 2026 and is full-time, 40 hours/week. You will be responsible for planning, implementation, and documentation of the educational activities and should be able to manage a smaller group of children independently. Together with the other staff in the department, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing the educational activities based on the preschool's governing documents.

• You are an experienced childcare worker and well-versed in the preschool's mission and its governing documents.
• You are driven, curious, and engaged in the children's knowledge development.
• You are responsible and always have the children's best interests in focus.
• You have social competence and the ability to build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
• You can collaborate well with colleagues in the work team while also being able to make well-founded decisions and implement them independently.
• You are flexible and can adapt when circumstances change.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Basic IT skills are a requirement.
