We are now looking for several skilled assistants to join our team in Helsingborg. The customer is a woman in her 40s with a diagnosis of MS.

About you:

- You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.

- Previous experience in care and assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.

- You are responsible, reliable, and can work both independently and in a team.

- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

- Flexible and adaptable to different work situations and the client's needs.

Job responsibilities:

- Assist the customer in daily life, such as personal hygiene, meals, and social activities.

- Support the customer in maintaining and developing their social contacts.

- Participate in leisure activities and contribute to a meaningful free time.

- Help create a safe and stimulating environment for the customer.

- We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Alter Assistans, you will always receive an introduction with the current customer.

About the employment:

Initially, you start as a part-time employee and then transition to the employment form 'as long as the assignment lasts'.

Working hours vary according to the customers' needs. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts 8-14 or 14-22.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
