Sydassistans is now looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a 28-year-old boy with a congenital muscle disease, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which requires him to have round-the-clock assistance. You will be an important part of his daily life and help him live a meaningful and active life. The boy lives in a villa in Malmö with his parents and younger brother. There are cats in the household, so you cannot be allergic.

About our client: The boy is cheerful, talkative, curious, eager to learn, and interested in the world around him. His main interests include motor vehicles, LEGO, retro video games, and current events. He enjoys watching factual programs, documentaries, and history shows, and in his free time, he swims at the pool, goes to the cinema, museums, exhibitions, etc. He has a zest for life and energy that is contagious, and we are now looking for someone who shares the same enthusiasm and commitment.

Your tasks: As a personal assistant, you will help with everything in daily life such as:

· Personal hygiene

· Practical tasks at home and outside (cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands, etc.)

· Support to structure and organize.

· Support to create and follow daily routines.

· Social support, often in situations that arise in interaction with other people.

· Support for a rich and fulfilling life.

Working hours: The work is based on a rolling 4-week schedule with days, evenings, and weekends.
